A client asks what changed in their account last quarter. You open Google Ads change history and it stops at 30 days. Search Console hands you 16 months and nothing before it. The data existed and no one kept it.
Ledger keeps it. It connects to the platforms you already run and stores what they report, every day, for as long as you want it:
- One click per platform, read only. There is no write path, so nothing connected to it can edit a campaign, publish a post or spend a dollar
- Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, YouTube, Meta ads and pages, LinkedIn ads and pages, with every client's data in its own isolated database
- Change history captured each night, so you still have August after Google has dropped it
- After-action reports that measure whether a change worked, and say "no clear effect" when the move sits inside an account's normal variation
- Anomaly detection across every metric, built to flag what an analyst would call unusual rather than what a threshold would
- Client share links and full history export, any time
It also ships as an MCP server. Your own AI connects to the warehouse and queries 51 read tools against your real numbers, so you ask in plain language instead of rebuilding a report. Any assistant that speaks MCP works. The warehouse runs no model of its own.
How it's built
I designed and built it end to end, from product spec to production:
- 22,000+ lines of TypeScript
- 67 automated tests
- Cloudflare Workers and D1, with a dedicated SQLite database per client
- A marketing site and a published security page, shipping zero JavaScript and loading nothing from anyone else's servers
Now in private beta, free while we test with agencies.
