What a session looks like
You bring the idea, even if it's a sketch on a napkin. We start with a short prep call.
Then we sit down for half a day, in person anywhere from Austin to San Antonio or over a call. I drive and you steer, so every decision is yours.
If you want to keep going after that, I can be your Build Partner. That's two build sessions a month and help in between.
What you leave with
- A live web app
- It's live on a real web address before you leave, with a simple site in front of it that you can share.
- Your code, in your account
- The code goes in your own account, not mine.
- A recorded walkthrough
- You get a recording of how it was built, so you can keep going after the session.
- 7 days of small fixes
- For a week after the session I fix the small things.
First sessions stay on the web and leave out payments and health data.
Attention is the moat
Building a product is the easy part now. What takes real work is getting people to notice it.
When you're ready to get it in front of people, the Go-to-Market Plan is a written plan for your first 90 days, with your first channel picked. I introduce you to people in my network who run that work. I do not run the marketing myself, and I take no referral fees.
